Live Edge Claro Walnut Console Tables w/ Birdseye Maple Drawers

These two Console Tables feature 1″ thick, Claro Walnut live edge slab tops, Black Walnut legs and Birdseye Maple aprons and drawer fronts. The Claro and Black Walnut parts are solid lumber; the side and back aprons are solid Maple with Birdseye veneered faces; the concave radiused drawer fronts were formed in a vacuum press using a kerf-core substrate, veneered all around in Birdseye Maple with bookmatched face veneers. The drawers, made with solid Maple sides and Maple veneered plywood bottoms, glide smoothly on Salice bottom mounted, soft closing slides. The two tables are nearly identical; their tops being a bookmatched pair of slabs, they are almost mirror images of each other. The pieces are hand finished in a linseed oil and natural resin varnish. Overall dimensions: 57″ wide x approximately 21″ deep x 34″ tall.
